Returns will gladly be accepted under the following guidelines.

Defective Merchandise: A full refund will be given or replacement product sent - whichever you prefer - if you should ever receive anything defective from us. Please call before shipping us any product back and we will issue a call tag. Some items (such as our Refrigerants) may not be shipped back because of strict shipping regulations.
