Returns will gladly be accepted under the following guidlines.

Defective Merchandise:  A full refund will be given or replacement product sent - whichever you prefer - if you should ever receive anything defective from us.  Please call before shipping us any product back and we will issue a call tag.  Some items (such as our Refrigerants) may not be shipped back because of strict shipping regulations. 

 If you are not satisfied with your order please call us toll free at 888-437-3280 and we will do our best to remedy the situation. 

Note:  Some products do require a 15% restocking fee.
